Orbit Dance Company's mission is to teach the best dance technique and provide the most performance opportunities to the Salem community! With artistry, empathy, and inclusivity at the heart of every class we know your dancer will truly love training with us.

We are a non profit working hard to make dance affordable. Your donations help us purchase costumes, props, attend competitions and conventions, hire guest choreographers,and create more performance opportunities for students.

Join our performance company to dance at many local events and a few competitions each season. Ages preschool to 12th grade now enrolling. 

For Preschool and Kinder dancers, the Petite Company meets twice a week for 45 minutes. Dancers must maintain good attendance and love to dance to be eligible. Petite acrobatics will be included in weekly practices. Cost $100 monthly.

For 1st to 4th graders, the Mini Company meets once a week for 90 minutes. Dancers must maintain good attendance and love to dance to be eligible. Mini acrobatics will be included in weekly practice. Cost $100 monthly.

For 5th to 8th graders, The Junior Company meets twice weekly for 90 minutes. Dancers must have a growth mindset, good attendance and a great work ethic to be eligible. Cost $150 monthly. 

For 9th to 12th graders, The Senior Company meets twice weekly for 90 minutes. Dancers must have a growth mindset, good attendance and a great work ethic to be eligible. Cost $150 monthly. 

Open to both Junior and Senior Company members, our Acrobatics Company meets once a week for 120 minutes. Dancers must be in our main dance company to join the acro program. Cost $100 monthly in addition to Junior/ Senior Company fees. 

Dancers all need skin tone ballet shoes and jazz shoes for both classes and performances. 

Acrobatics dancers must wear a leotard to class (leggings or tights should also be worn to protect the skin from floor burns/ injury.)

All other classes may wear whatever dance wear your student feels comfortable in! Please make sure clothing fits well, so coaches can see body alignment and technique. No zippers or embellishments that may damage the floor.

Students will receive team warm ups, costumes and tights after fundraising. We hope to be able to cover all team gear, competition entry fees, costumes and any additional expenses through fundraisers! Students will pay tuition to cover facility use fees, guest choreographers, and staffing.
